From a specific spot on top of a hill one can see into the yard of Austrias largest prison. Vice versa it is the only spot of the outside world inmates can see. A seven meter portrait of Michel Foucault (black and white print on cardboard) was erected temporarily on this spot. Smoke was used increase theatrical imact.
